I worked with Randy for about two years in the late 1970s while with Sask Tel in Wadena. He and his wife Wendy made me feel welcome when I joined the team he was on. I remember Randy was always in great spirits and was a joy to work with. My deepest condolences on his passing. He was a kind, great person.

Dear Wendy, James and I are so sorry to be unable to attend Randy’s celebration of life yesterday. We were shocked when Shawnee passed the news on to us. We have such fond memories of all the hockey games James played in Whitewood with Randy in net especially on the senior Whitewood Oriole team. He often had to keep the Orioles in the game. He was always witty and funny and a delight to be around. We send our love, Wendy, with hugs too. Our sympathy and love, James and Shell
