In Loving Memory Of Eileen McKibbin

Eileen Marie Anna 80 years of age, of Yorkton SK  passed away on September 19, 2025 at the Yorkton Regional Hospital. In keeping with Eileen’s wishes, there will be no Funeral service.

Eileen was born in Ponteix, SK to Aurel & Lucille Perrault on Jan. 29, 1945.  After completing high school, she worked at many jobs across western Canada, until she found her niche and earned a Commercial Cooking certificate. Eileen enjoyed music, especially Elvis Presley, and playing the piano which she says she learned to play by ear.     She aways had the television on, watching movies or the history channel. Eileen’s favorite hobbies were sewing/quilting and crocheting especially afghans,  baby clothes, doilies; she always had a project on the go.  Many family and non family were the recipients of her generosity.

Eileen  is survived by her son Richard MacInnis,  granddaughter Bu Wells-MacInnis ,  brothers:  Louis & Andre (Margot),  sisters: Yolande (Don) Scott, Yvette Perrault and Lise Perrault, as well as many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Aurel & Lucille.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the dedicated,  care team who helped with her end of life care. “Because someone we love is in heaven, there is a little bit of heaven in our homes.”

 

As per Eileen’s wishes,

no service will be held.

 

“Eileen was such a sweet woman and so worth every visit I got to spend with her.

Her smile is forever engrained in my mind.

I hope she is at peace "
