In Loving Memory Of Pauline Nycholat
It is with heavy hearts that the Nycholat family announce the unexpected passing of Pauline Nycholat. Pauline passed away peacefully in her sleep on the morning of the 16th of December 2025, after falling ill the preceding week.
Pauline was born and raised on the family farm next to the BBA Church, south-west of Fosston, Saskatchewan. She moved to Regina where Pauline worked for the City of Regina in the Land Sales department. Pauline then became a Real Estate agent and continued in the Real Estate business until her retirement. Pauline raised her son Dale in Regina, Saskatchewan and then eventually she retired to Calgary, Alberta and then moved to St. Albert, Alberta.
Pauline is predeceased by her: long-time companion Charles Ward (CJ); parents Joseph and Mary (nee Liss) Nycholat; brother and sister-in-law Mike and Anne Nycholat; sister and brother-in-law Kataryna and Peter Lysyshyn; sister and brother-in-law Mary and Everett Larson; and brothers-in-law Pat Downey and Bob South.
Pauline is survived by her: son and daughter-in-law Dale and Melinda Nycholat; two grandchildren Mathew and Olivia; brothers Peter Nycholat and Joe Nycholat; sisters Sophie (nee Nycholat) South and Margaret (nee Nycholat) Downey as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
