Obituary
In Loving Memory of Olive Kayseass After a long lengthy battle with kidney disease, Olive passed away peacefully at Yorkton Regional Hospital, Yorkton, Saskatchewan, with her oldest son and grandson by her side and family nearby. Olive is predeceased by her mother Nora, father Roy, brothers Archie, Steven, Sandy, and grandson Larry Lee Jr. Olive is survived by her loving husband, best friend and main supporter who helped change her life around for the better - Ralph; her sons, Larry (Laurie), Kelsey (Lauren); her daughter Tina; brothers, Norman, Richard, Ross, Paul; sisters, Lilian (Keith), Doreen, Sarah, Marianne, Violet; grandchildren, Keisha (Eduardo), Rory, Ashley, Courtney, Darcy (Kylee), Kelly, Landon, D’Neil, Lily, Olivia; great-grandchildren Lacey-Kaye, Mabel, Rosiland, Easton, Anthony; as well as special young men she raised Blade Whitequill, Ryan Kayseas, Jarron(Matilda) Kayseas and her lil fella Corey Kayseas; her special neice Sandra, and all her nieces and nephews who she loved as though they were her own children. Olive loved her children and grandchildren, her eyes would light up at the sight of them. She loved to socialize, enjoyed the casino, playing bingo and visiting with family and friends. She loved outdoor cookouts, visits by the lake, community events and family gatherings. Her stories will be remembered and cherished by all who heard them. She would provide words of advice and encouragement to those who sought comfort in her words. She loved fishing at the creek. She will be forever known for winning her court battle against the government protecting our way of life and living off the land.
