She was born on January 31, 1997 at Royal University Hospital, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan to Edna Machiskinic and Dennis Moose. She grew up in Calgary and attended school at James Fowler High School. Tekeilah was very artistic and talented at beading. She loved singing, dancing and listening to music. Tekeilah loved her culture, and she cared so much about everyone around her. She was very generous and was very good with kids. She is survived by her mother Edna Machiskinic; father Dennis Moose; step-father Zachary Cameron; siblings Jared Moose, Jaden Machiskinic and Kane Read; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
