Wayne John Balloway was born in Wynyard,Sk on April 19th, 1967 to Elizabeth (Chorney) and Jerome Balloway. Wayne grew up in Wynyard with his older brother Marvin. The family spent time camping, fishing and going on summer trips as far as B.C and Ontario. Wayne also enjoyed goose hunting with his dad and Uncle John Balloway. He attended elementary and high school in Wynyard. After high school he worked at the chickens barns in town for a few years. He then moved to Olds, Alberta to continue working as a labourer. After his father's passing in 2004, Wayne returned to live in the family home in Wynyard. Wayne enjoyed spending time and having coffee with his friends Joe Belak, Nestor and Valentine Bartoshewski as well with his family Ron and Rita Karakochuk, Bonnie and William Bodnarchuk and families and many other relatives. Wayne passed away peacefully at his home on April 6th, 2015 due to illness. Wayne warmed our hearts with his kindness. He was quiet, polite and always appreciated the smallest gestures. He will be greatly missed. He was predeceased by his mother Elizabeth, his father Jerome, infant brother Mark, and infant sister Mary-ann. He is Survived by his brother Marvin Balloway Saskatoon, Uncle Alexander (Marion) Balloway Sudbury Ontario, Aunties Edna Kolisnyk Sudbury Ontario, Olive Chrynik Saskatoon, Jenny Storzuk Wynyard, Bernice (Steve) Usipiuk Kamloops B.C, Steffie Pluto Vancouver B.C, Frances (Nick) Apastoliuk Nelson B.C, and many cousins and friends.
