Growing up on the Mozart-Wishart grid road before it became a grid road, John's family was our closest neighbour. John, his siblings and parents were always there to help during those early years with the necessities of life, whether it was helping with construction of buildings, harvesting or friendly neighbourly visits. John, throughout his life contributed in many ways to his church, community, friends and family. Ourselves and grandchildren have many good memories of our summer visits over many years with John. A kind and gentle man and a lifelong friend who will be missed. Always ready to give a helping hand. Condolences to all the family. Vichnaya Pamyat
