It was on December 4, 2022 Victoria Hordos, beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother was taken into our heavenly Father’s arms. Victoria is survived by her children Rita, Rhonda, Steve, and Lana and their spouses; and countless grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, nieces, and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents John and Mary Kuhar, husband Steve, son Richard, sisters Elizabeth Sebastian, Mary Fazakas, Rose Wasylyniuk, and brother Joe Kuhar.
Born on March 17, 1930, Victoria lived her life just 1 mile from where she was born. Young Victoria worked hard on the farm including working the field walking behind the plough, stooking the sheaves, and also loved riding her horses bareback. On their farm and through the many years cows have been raised and milked, chickens, pigs, and turkeys.
Victoria could always be found working in one of her three gardens, the kitchen cooking and baking, or her sewing room quilting. Victoria was also a fierce competitive card player and was always ready to play well into the hours past midnight.
