Faye Marie Jack of Invermay, SK passed away peacefully on December 22, 2022 at the age of 63 at the Regina General Hospital in Regina, SK with her loving husband and two children by her side. She was born to Bernice and Joseph Hoffman on August 22, 1959 in Sheho, SK, where she grew up on the family farm near Sheho, SK along with her six siblings.
Faye was married to David Jack on May 14, 1976 in Invermay SK. Faye and David share a great love which started at the age of 16 and 19. Together they raised two children Claudette and Trent while running the family business FD Jack Services which later evolved into Jack and Son’s Ltd. for many years before she entered into a career in the healthcare sector. Faye worked for many years at the Invermay Health Centre holding various positions from medical records, dietary, health care aid, and finally entering into a management of the facility until she retired. During her long career in the healthcare profession she carried great pride in caring for the residents, staff and ensuring a high quality standards of the Invermay Health Care Centre.
Faye loved to spend time with family and friends. She lived a very active lifestyle throughout her life with many years of playing baseball for the Sunbeams and curling. She had a great love for the outdoors, where you could find her in the garden, caring for her flowers, enjoying bike rides with David and evening camp fires. She had a deep love for her grandchildren and great grandchildren spending time with them was the highlight of her day and they were her pride and joy. She had love for entertaining this was often showed through her love of cooking for her family followed by a round of cards that often ran late into the evening with family and friends. Upon retirement Faye and David shared years of traveling, attending rodeos, family vacations, enjoying trips to Alberta to enjoy the family lake property, but most of all Faye just loved to spend time with her children and family.
Left to cherish her memory, husband of 46 years David Jack, daughter Claudette ( Olaf) Carlson, son Trent( Laura) Jack, grandchildren Paige(Cody) King, Hope Werner, and great grandchildren Brinley and Aleah King, sister Arlene (Edward) Scratton, brothers Arnold(Linda) Hoffman, Robert, Darryl( Shelley) Hoffman, Glen( Sherry) Hoffman and large circle of family and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Bernice Hoffman.
