With borken hearts, we announce the unexpected passing of (Sydney) Waylon Cote at the age of 39 years.

Waylon had a contagious laugh and a wild sense of humor. He had love for seeking adventure and never backed down from a challenge, or a beer. Waylon loved hard, played harder and was always willing to help out those he loved and sometimes, people he just met.

Waylon is predeceased by his kokums and mushum, aunties and uncles, cousins and his nephew Dylan Waylon.

Waylon is survived by his children: Rylee-Jean (4) and Roman Dylan (2); parents Genevieve Cote and Sidney Nanaquewetung; his brothers: David and Everett; his sisters: Teleah and Tamara; his siblings: Keenan, David Jr., Makaila, Zachary, Teanah and Dominick.
