​Maryann Roberg was born to Karl and Irene Redman on November 4th 1941 at the Wadena Hospital. She was the oldest of three children. Maryann grew up on a farm in the Margo area and attended the Normania and Margo schools until grade 11. 

Maryann married Stanley Roberg on March 11th, 1967 at the Moe Concordia Lutheran Church and settled on Stanley’s family farm in Margo where she raised her family. She worked hard with Stanley on the farm for 48 years until Stanley’s passing in 2015. 

​Maryann loved being around her family and friends, especially during the holidays, and would always have a hot cup of coffee ready for anyone who stopped by. She loved to cook and would always be baking goodies to share with others. She loved birds and animals of all kinds, taking many photos and creating photo albums filled with memories for all to enjoy. Her biggest passion in life however was gardening and growing hundreds of flowers from seed to fill her farmyard with an abundance of color every year.

​Maryann passed away peacefully at the Invermay Care Home on December 27, 2023.  She was predeceased by her father Karl, mother Irene, her husband Stanley, and brotherLloyd.  

​Maryann leaves to mourn her three children; Dale Redman; Scott Roberg; Lori (Dennis) Wieffering; her sister Dorothy (Lawrence) Trafford; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
