In Loving Memory of Nathan Ruetz
Nathan William Paul Ruetz was born on July 18, 2006 and left us tragically on February 4, 2024 at 17 years. Nathan was a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend.
Nathan loved the outdoors. He was happiest when he was farming, hunting, fishing, camping, or working on his truck. He loved spending time with family and friends.
Nathan was strong in character. He was determined, always knew what he wanted and worked hard to achieve it. Nathan will be remembered for his sense of humor, his strong work ethic, his willingness to help with any job, his soft heart, and his protectiveness of his younger siblings.
Nathan is lovingly remembered by his parents Bill and Candace Ruetz; siblings Emily, Elizabeth, Daniel, Claire, and Matthew; grandparents Alan Ruetz and Del and Shirley Coderre. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, and cousins: Jeff Ruetz (Stacey Braithwaite) and children Isaac, Megan, Olivia, and Anthony; Melissa (Barry) Chorneyko, and children Joseph, Catherine, Lucy, Anna, and Michael; Nadine Coderre (Scott Derby); and Colette (Jeremy) Procyshen and children Luke, Dominic, and Brett. He was predeceased by his aunt Tracy and grandmother Joe-Ann Ruetz.
Nathan will be deeply missed and never forgotten. His life, though too short, was well lived, and those who knew and loved Nathan will forever be grateful for the time we had with him.
