In Loving Memory Floyd Young

Floyd Russell Young, age 65, passed away peacefully at the Yorkton Regional Hospital on February 6, 2024.

Floyd was born in Wadena, SK on august 3, 1958. He was the eldest son among 8 siblings born to parents Joe and Freda Young. Floyd had a love for sports especially boxing and was very avid at learning new techniques to later teach the younger generations in the family. He loved travelling and wanted to share his many memories with family as well. Floyd had a great love for artwork and was blessed with his ability to draw. He cherished each drawing he did for friends, family and the world.

Floyd is predeceased by his parents Joe and Freda Young (Anderson), grand parents Peter and Emma Anderson, his brother Wallace Young, his uncle Maynard Anderson, His aunts, Joan Anderson, Reida Lesanne, Yvonne Steiner,cousin Rodney Anderson and neice Melissa young. Floyd is survived by his Sisters Freida Young, Anita Young, Beverly Verrill (Chirstopher), Amanda Young, Cynthia Paquachan (Andy) his brothers Richard Young (Samantha), Warren Young, Eric Young, his uncle Merle Anderson(Esther), His aunty Brenda Anderson, Many Neices, Nephews, Cousins and relatives.

Floyd will be forever Loved, remembered and greatly missed by all who had the honour of knowing him.
