In Loving Memory of Terry Goodmundson

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Terry Goodmundson on April 20, 2024.

Pre deceased by his parents Anna and Ed Goodmundson, beloved grandparents Narfi and Bina Narfason, brother Eric and sister in law Cynthia and niece Dana. Left to mourn are his partner Bob Doucet, brother Al (Carol) Goodmundson, sister Kathy (Don) Cobb, nephew Brian Cobb, niece Kristen Goodmundson, and niece Heather Oliver (Bryn)and children, and numerous cousins and friends.

Born in Foam Lake Saskatchewan, Terry grew up in Winnipeg, spending summers with his grandparents in Saskatchewan and happy days with cousins in Gimli. After graduating university Terry settled in Whitby and was employed by DuPont until his retirement. In Whitby, far from relatives, Terry gathered a loving family of friends who have been his source of joy and support especially Joan and Gary Watson and their children Michelle (Sam)and Rob (Tracy) and Solomon and Ada Kidane and children Marta, Naomi and Isaiah, as well as many co-workers and neighbors.

Terry had great joy in helping others. He loved his family and his friends and he was much loved in return. He will be missed.

At Terry’s request cremation has taken place and no service will be held.
