Obituary
Dawn Alison (Oreel) Chehorsky, passed away in her home on September 3, 2021. Dawn was born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan on December, 4, 1967 to Marcel and Gale Oreel. Dawn had two siblings, sister Heather and brother Brian. She was the middle child of the three children. Dawn was raised on her parents farm 17 miles from Prince Albert. She loved being on the farm spending time with animals and caring for her horse. After she completed High School she took a year off and remained living on the farm, she then rented an apartment in Prince Albert where she was taking University classes to become a Home Health Aide. She loved helping and taking care of older people. She worked at Pineland Home Care in Prince Albert for 17 years. When Dawn’s health began to fail her, her disabilities stopped her from working and doing what she really loved, helping others. During those years, she helped set up a dance for single people, where she met a man named Dean Chehorsky. For 2 years they dated until Dean proposed to Dawn. Dean and Dawn were married on February 12, 1995. Their son Josh was born on April 13, 1995. Dawn, Dean and Josh, lived in Prince Albert for 12 years until they moved to Foam Lake, Saskatchewan, where she lived until her passing, 14 years later. Dawn leaves behind loving memories of kindness and devotion to her family: husband Dean, son Josh, brother Brian, sister Heather and one niece, 3 nephews, extended family as well as many friends.
