Interment to follow lunch at the Sheho Town Cemetery, Sheho, Saskatchewan Donation’s in memory of Lynn may be made to the St. Paul Lutheran Home 100 Heritage Drive, Melville, Saskatchewan S0A 2P0 Leonora Albina Barbara (Romanovitch) Howe, was born on March 21, 1927 in the Sheho district. She was the 3rd oldest of five boys and five girls, parents were William and Mary (Stopera) Romanovitch. She attended school at Dunrobin and spent lots of time with her grandparents. She cooked and baked throughout her life, at a number of cafes and hotels in Sheho and Foam Lake. On December 19, 1951, Lynn married Gerald Howe. They lived on a farm near Sheho, where she lived until 1999. Gerald and Lynn farmed and worked in Sheho, while raising three boys; Howard, Raymond and Wilfred. After the boys graduated, Gerald and Lynn worked out on road construction. Lynn continued cooking for construction crews until her retirement. Lynn enjoyed cooking, always trying new recipes; and looking after her flowers. She loved visiting and having coffee with family and friends. Her four grandchildren remember many a happy time spent on the farm. Due to failing health, Lynn moved into Sheho in 1999, then to Wandor Inn in Foam Lake. Her final home was at St. Paul Lutheran Home in Melville. Lynn passed away peacefully on May 13, 2017, at St. Paul Lutheran Home, at the age of 90 years. She was predeceased by her husband Gerald; son, Howard; parents, William and Mary; brothers, Edward, Stanley, and Victor; sisters, Annie, Julie and Pat; brothers-in-law, Mike and Arthur; sister-in-law, Mary. She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Ray (Shirley); son, Wilfred; daughter-in-law, Carol; grandchildren, Dale (Kerri), Terry (Lana), Tammy (Aaron), Tanya (Charles); great-grandchildren, Nathan, Madison, Shay, Brayden, Zach, Dakota, Riley, Cassie; brothers, Henry and Leonard (Ellie); sister, Jessie (Jim); sister-in-law, Myrtle Romanovitch; brother-in-law, Matt Panchyk; plus many close family and friends.
