A Eulogy for Prince left us, and you’re gone from our lives now. Your light was BRIGHT and WARM. It kept us WARM in a world so cold. We will always remember your LOVE, your LAUGHTER, and KINDNESS. The GOOD times we shared were the BEST of ALL of US. Your intelligence astonished me… You told me how the world worked & I saw the world more clearly… You knew what I needed before I did. Your kindness and generosity was a natural thing towards all people. This is the light I will remember… You were a FATHER, a friend, a brother to many, a cousin, grandson, a nephew and a very much loved SON. You were many things to many people and will be greatly missed, but always remembered. I can hear your laughter even now, in my mind, my heart, and my soul. That’s where you will remain for all eternity. You left a hole in my life that can never be filled. For you I will try. I will try and fill it with the love and laughter we shared from our memories. The times we shared from our hearts... The times we shared our souls.. The times we laughed, the times we cried, and our tummies ached. One hand on a beer, one hand hugging your shoulders. “That was a good one, Prince.” Hahahaha! I remember when you had my back. I remember when I had yours and we had theirs. Once were Warriors. Once were Kings… BUT YOU WILL ALWAYS BE THE ONLY PRINCE WE KNEW... Take a safe journey to our people, our ancestors for there are many..
