A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Carol Anne Skanks passed away on October 6, 2018 at Kelvington Hospital, Kelvingotn, SK. She was born on June 19, 1940 in Regina, SK. Her grandparents Percy and Florence Ridgeway were born and raised in England and then moved to Regina. Carol resided with her grandparents in Regina. She is survived by her daughter Pattie Biehn (Jim); her grandchildren Cory Johannesson, Krista Neubauer, Avery Johannesson and Ashley Marcheldon; her great grandchildren Avery Johannesson, Nate Neubauer and Abbey Neubauer; step daughters Donna (Hudson) Taylor and Cindy Skanks; step grandchildren Julian Taylor and Shawna Taylor; and step great granddaughter Ella Taylor Maslen. She is predeceased by her husband John Skanks, grandparents Percy and Florence Ridgeway; and step daughters Marianna Skanks Howell and Roberta Skanks. For her eulogy please go to photos.
