My condolences to Gord's family. I worked with Gord for 35 years at SaskTel. If I was stumped by something all I had to do was ask Gord. If he didn't know (mostly he did) he was like a dog with a bone. He would not give up till he had the answer. Gord will be truly missed.

Gord was a wealth of SaskTel knowledge, and knew what would work and what would not. I always appreciated this interest in Saskatoon history, as he had maps on his wall of subdivisions, from the teens and 20's, 70 years, before they actually got developed. Thanks Gord, for all of contributions, and sharing your life with us.

Gord was my go to guy when we were developing a work order system. I could always count on him to tell me what was not working the way it should, and he always had good suggestions for improving it. When we weren't talking work, we shared conversations about the area we both grew up in. I thought of him often after he retired, and will miss our chats.
