Crowe Buffalo (nee Oochoo) Frances Victoria born August 10, 1936 left to be with the creator February 26, 2015. Predeceased by her husband Gabe, parents John and Helen, brother Jimmy, Joseph, Henry, Ivan. Sisters; Mary and Ivy. Frances leaves to mourn her passing, children; Cecil, Paul (Debbie), David (Jer), Cathy, Miranda, special grandson Gabe (Peanut), her baby girl Nicole and daughter-in-law Judy. Sisters; Alice and Rose Mae (Noel). Special adopted sons, George and Leonzo, adopted daughter Val Desjarlais and four adopted daughters from the Sugar family, and many Foster children that have crossed her path. Many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews. Frances was an active and respected Elder in her community. She will be forever remembered for always voicing her truth and sharing her abundance of spiritual and cultural knowledge with family, friends, and community
