Interment: Saturday, December 28, 2013 10:00 a.m. On December 20, 2013 our dear sweet sister was swept away on angels wings to live with Jesus in Heaven. The date is also the 22nd anniversary of her mothers passing. Alice was born March 10, 1948 in Wadena, Saskatchewan, the youngest of fourteen children of Martin and Mary Zimroz (Zimrose). Alice worked at Cosmopolitan Industries for 40 years. She enjoyed working at Cosmo where she befriended many people, and excelled at all the different projects with which she was involved. During her years at Cosmo she found much happiness working and socializing with her many friends and co-workers. Alice was a very happy, caring, loving, gentle person and was especially fond of all her sisters and brothers. She enjoyed any family get together, weddings, parties, receiving cards and gifts from her family, music, dancing, and listening to Saturday Night Dance Party on CJWW. Even when she was diagnosed with Pemphigus is 2002, which caused her much discomfort she would say, Angels will help me . Alice was predeceased by her father Martin in 1970, her mother Mary in 1991, brother Steve and sisters Katherine and Nellie. She is survived by sisters Ann, Rose, Lena, Doris (Bill), Pat (Borden) and Helen (Emil), and brothers Mike and Nicholas, Alex (Mary) and Melvin (Maureen). She also had many nieces and nephews that adored her. Since January 2009 Alice was a resident of Kinsmen Manor in Saskatoon.
