I went to school in Wadena with Dennis. He was such a funny guy! Seeing him later In Saskatoon as adults was really a nice surprise! We had a visit and some laughs. I’m sorry to year of his passing. You will be remembered, buddy!

My husband and I first met Dennis while attending a meeting. I saw this huge grin from across the room, so when the meeting was suspended for a short break, I followed Dennis outside the meeting room and introduced myself. I wanted to know why he was grinning so hard. That was the start of a lovely friendship. We travelled to meetings in Regina and Dennis always arrived early for meetings at out house so we could have a little visit. I know he and his mother had a very special bond because he talked about her all the time and said how much she meant to him. We knew Dennis was in precarious health but hopes he would slowly improve. We are very sad that he is gone. We will never forget him. He was one of a kind, a real:character with a wicked sense of humour. And he was a dear friend.
