Obituary
Leon Bourque was born on the family farm near St. Front, to Henri and Blanche Bourque on January 3, 1931. He grew up on the family farm and went to school in St. Front. He worked at a variety of jobs mostly carpentry and farming.Leon met and married Alice Holter on August 18, 1961 they moved to Naicam where they raised their 4 children. He enjoyed watching curling and hockey whether it was on T.V or at the rink. He also loved to do wood working and driving around to look at how harvest was progressing. After Alice passed away he continued living in Naicam, then he moved to Parkland Place in Melfort, where he resided until his death. He enjoyed his time in Parkland where he picked up the nickname "Boss Man". Leon will be lovingly remembered by his four children Bradley (Joanne), Audrey (Mike), Darlene (Mike) and Carmen. 10 grandchildren, 6 great grandsons, siblings: Yvonne Bizit, Helen Dery, and Denise (Richard) Callahagn; and one sister-in-law Violet (Lloyd) Misfelt. He was predeceased by his wife Alice, his parents Henri and Blanche, two grandsons and one great grandson. Three brothers, three sisters, and numerous brothers-in-la and sister-in-law.
