Matthew began his journey home on March 24, 2016. He was born at Wadena, Saskatchewan to Irene and Matthew Smoke. Matthew is survived by his siblings; Hilda Malcolm, David, Verna, Linda, Beverly and Maryann Leduc and nieces and nephews. Matthew is predeceased by his parents Irene and Matthew; his brothers Calvin, Ivan and Stephan. Matthew enjoyed playing hockey, slowpitch and other sports, farming, working on his cars, listening to music.... could not touch his ACDC collection, ... traveling and having a great time with friends. Mathew will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. The family would like to thank all who helped in our time of sorrow.
