It is so sad to hear of Nellie’s passing. A truly wonderful person who always had time for a little chat and smile. When I think about her I can imagine that I can still hear her voice while we would take a moment or two to catch up. She was a special lady, so much part of our community, a friend and neighbour. She will be missed. Her passing is like an end of an era.
Sharon and I wish to extend our deepest sympathy to our cousins and their prospective families for their loss. We wish you all peace and comfort during this difficult time. May perpetual light shine upon Aunt Nellie.

Nellie. The teacher that I can remember teaching me the most in my entire school career. She was one of a kind. One in a billion and she left her mark on generations of students. My condolences to her family. She will be remembered by all who knew her.
