Obituary
On Tuesday, November 25, 2014, June Amunda (Klebeck) Hoffman at the age of 83, passed away in St. Pauls Hospital, with her family at her side. Born to Oscar and Helda (Branson) Klebeck at Edfield, Sask, on June 18, 1931. She took her education to grade 10 in Edfield and grades 11 and 12 in Wadena. She married the love of her life, Cecil Hoffman on November 6, 1950. They had a family of two daughters, Sheryl and Judy. June was an avid gardener, growing and reserving a great deal of jams, pickles and vegetables. We would often see her and Cecil together in the garden or the berry patch. They farmed together for 61 years and recently retired to Wadena. It was always a treat to be the recipient of a loaf of her wonderful whole-wheat bread, of which she had ground the wheat herself. Even better when it was accompanied by a jar of her raspberry jam. June was very musical. She and Cecil enjoyed many evenings of music. June was a devout Witness of Jehovah, and spent many hours teaching others about the Bible. June looked forward to the scriptural promise to a peaceful earth under the ruler ship of Christ Jesus, where Isaiah 33:24 says, "No resident will say, I am sick." Predeceased by her parents,Helga and Oscar Klebeck; daughters, Sheryl (1955-1962) and Judy MacDonald (1959-2012); sisters, Evelyn Dolo and Leona Hoffman; brother, Amel; brothers-in-law, Andy Dolo, Victor Karchut, Clarence Hoffman and Allan Bell; parents-in-law, Jack and Cora Hoffman; great-nephew, Lee Hoffman.
