To view Gary's funeral service Please click here Gary was born in Calgary, Alberta and raised on a farm near Kelvington, Sask. Gary had many different jobs throughout the years and lived in different places but decided to make Kelvington his forever home with Diana and his 5 children. His sister Lee named Gary after her (Gary Lee) because being one of the oldest sisters she would not be able to be there as he was growing up. From the time he was little he could make a person smile. Growing up Gary always made things fun, he was a true comedian. He always knew how to make people laugh. Gary had a rough exterior but he always had everyone’s best interests at heart, he was dependable, if you needed help with anything he was there. He was straight forward and to the point, even blunt at times but he was a great man. He had a great love for kids and loved giving them a hard time and making them laugh, ask anyone of his many nieces and nephews. Gary put a lot of blood sweat and tears into everything that he did, he was a hard worker and he was loved by many. Diana was his biggest accomplishment in life, she settled him down and gave him 5 wonderful children. Gary is survived by his wife Diana; his children: Kody, Amber, Haley, Stephanie, and Caylee; step-children: Danielle, Chelsea, and Carissa; 2 step-grandchildren: Caidence and Lincoln; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother Lowella and brother Lonnie.
