Obituary
Eugene passed away on Friday, June 4, 2021. He was precessed by his parents Pete and Pearl Rudey; sisters Verna, Nettie, and Olga; and brothers Taras, Morris, and William; brother in-laws Caroll Hrankowski, Reg Urban, Jim Hlewlka, and John Skiehar. Eugene will be lovingly remembered by his sisters Mary and Gladys; brother in law Orest Woroniuk as well as numerous nieces and nephews; Great nieces and nephews; and Great Great nieces and nephews. Eugene was born and raised on the family farm and attended Krasny School in the Sheho district. He moved to Cooking Lake, Alberta in 1974, working with Elevators and Escalators. In the mid- 80's returning to Saskatchewan he lived and worked in Regina during the week and back out to his own farm in the Sheho district on weekends. He liked to farm and raise cattle in his retirement settling back to his roots in the Sheho district. Eugene lived a simple life with basic rules. You will be treated the way you treat him. He was always there to lend a hand. A Jack of all trades, if he didn't know how to do or fix something he read up on the how too's and got the job done. Eugene enjoyed good family, good friends, and a good time. It is with great sadness that we, the family of Eugene Rudey, announce his passing, Friday, June 4, 2021 "Until we meet again Rest Easy" Due to Covid restrictions there will be a Private Family Service.
