Anne leaves to cherish her memory her son Lyle (Myrna) Reynolds, and her daughter Debbie (Lloyd) Hillier. She also leaves grandchildren Glenda Reynolds, Murray (Kimberly) Reynolds, Josie Kreft, Andrea Reynolds (Joe Madarash), Trevor Antonyk (Patricia), Trellis Antonyk, Terri (Steve) Klyne, Becky (Joe) Wurm, Amy (Calvin) Hill, Brett Hillier (Melanie Newberry), as well as great-grandchildren Eli, Emmett, Kaitlyn, Madison, Hayley, Nina, Blake, Walker (Lucy), Cassidy (Tyler), Tegan, Leighton, Camden, Chase, Aspen, Olivia, and Emma. Anne was also blessed with 2 great-great-grandchildren, Kayleigh and Astrid. Also left to cherish Anne’s memory is her sister Rose Hyde, brother Walter Deutsch, sister in law Minnie Deutsch, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and lifelong friends. Anne was the fifth out of eighteen children born on the family farm near Quinton Saskatchewan. Her schooling came to an end when she reached grade 10 as help was needed at home with looking after her siblings, working the fields with a horse and plow, and assisting with never ending chores on the farm. Hard work was well known to Anne, and she often spoke of her brother Rudy, and how her main job was babysitting him. Rudy and Anne always had a very special bond, and she often spoke of him with great fondness, well into her later years. After leaving home she worked as a hired girl for numerous neighbors, helping with domestic chores around the house and farm. In 1940, she married Roy Reynolds and settled on a farm in the Kutawa area. She lived and raised her children as a farm wife, and did a wonderful job making sure her family had the necessities of life. Anne had the ability to make something out of nothing, always improvising and finding new ways to make sure her family was never hungry and always had clothes to wear. In 1953, Roy and Anne moved to a farm near Punnichy, Saskatchewan. Roy found employment as a school bus driver, and Anne continued her duties as a dedicated farm wife. She helped out with various jobs and worked alongside Roy driving the tractor, milking cows, and growing the annual garden. They moved to Raymore in the mid 90’s and remained there until their passing. Anne spent her final 4 years living in Silver Heights nursing home. An avid sports fan, she could often be found cheering on the Toronto Blue Jays, as well as professional curling teams from the comfort of her room. Her keen interest in sports was well known to the caring and compassionate staff at Silver Heights. Anne will always be remembered for her bedtime stories, amazing cookies, and warm hugs. Rest In Peace Granny ♥️.
