Harold Carl Eyolfson, born July 25, 1939, to Sam and Lily Eyolfson, in the Mount Hecla district. Harold took his education at Mount Hecla and Foam Lake. After school he worked on farms. He farmed with his brother Don, also running a portable grain cleaner in the district. He left farming and drove a mail truck for a time, then went to Thompson, MB, and worked at the Nickel Mine. He returned to the Bankend area and operated a machine shop. His health deteriorated and moved to Foam Lake, and then moved to the Foam Lake Jubilee Nursing Home until his passing. He is predeceased by his parents Sam and Lily; brothers Willie, and Andy; sisters Lillian and Katherine; brother-in-law Jack; and sisters-in-law Janet and Ena. Harold is survived by Joe (Madonna), Sveinn (Joyce), Kris (Ann), Mae (Don) Tataryn, Earl, Donald (Shirley), and numerous nieces and nephews.
