Obituary
Lucas Wilfred Desjarlais passed away suddenly on May 5, 2016. Lucas was a friendly, loving person; he loved all his friends and family, he will be missed by all who knew him. Lucas loved his wife and took great pride in his children. He enjoyed sports, baseball, football, fishing, hunting, hockey, spending time with his friends, playing poker, and helping his brother with carpentry; he loved carpentry. Lucas leaves to mourn; his wife, Shantel Poorman; children, Havyk Desjarlais, Scarlette Star; mother, Christine Nash-Roper; father, Malcolm Desjarlais; step-dad, David Roper; grandfather, Wilfred; siblings, Meredith Nashacappo, Miranda Nashacappo, Shoshone Nashacappo, Lorenzo Desjarlais, Ashton Roper, Leila Nashacappo, Fabinian Nashacappo, Keith Nashacappo, Austin Slippery, Trent Slippery, Maleesha Slippery, John Roper, Lindsey Roberts and numerous nieces and nephews that he loved; aunts and uncles, Elizabeth Nashacappo, Tina Nashacappo, (Rocky) Gary Nashacappo, Jerry Nashacappo (Claira), Hilda Desjarlais, Verna Desjarlais, Beverly Smoke, Linda Desjarlais, David Desjarlais; all his cousins from Fishing Lake, numerous neices, nephews, cousins and friends. Lucas was predeceased by; Grandma Mable Nashacappo, G.G, Sam Nashacappo, grandma Irene Smoke, Grandpa Raymond Desjarlais, sister Lisa Quewezance; uncles, Matthew, Calvin, Ivan, and Stephan; nephew, Liberty Nashacappo, auntie, Violet Nashacappo, cousin, Robbie Nippi.
