A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. David John Mac Aloney was born on April 25, 1952 to John and Lorena Mac Aloney in Parrsboro, Nova Scotia. As a young lad he enjoyed fishing, tobogganing, camping in the woods, and in his later years, working with horses. David spent many years as a occupation farmer, racing standard and thoroughbred races, breaking horses and working the race track. He spent many years as a truck driver and spoke of the prettiest view he travelled and spent time at Lac Frontier, Quebec. He travelled across Canada and the U.S.A. David was a grateful member of Alcoholics Anonymous. David enjoyed reading his bible. David is survived by his children; Jody, Jamie, Jason, and Terri - Lee; sister, Nellie Bishop. David is predeceased by his parents; John and Lorena Mac Aloney; brother, Boe; sister, Mabel; son, Davey; son, Jeff. He will be missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
