Funeral Service: Monday, May 4, 2015 1:00 p.m. Narfason's Funeral Chapel, Wadena, Sk. Interment at the Rose Valley Town Cemetery, Rose Valley, Sk at 2:15 p.m. Lunch to follow at the Rose Valley Senior Citizens Center Donation's in memory of Louisa may be made to the Rose Valley Manor, Rose Valley, Sk. or to the Quill Plains Lodge Auxiliary, Watson, Sk. Louisa Leffler was born in RoseValley, Saskatchewan on April1, 1927 Louisa was the third of five children born to Redento (Ed) and Lucia (Lucy) Pressacco. Louisa me and married Albert Leffler in March of 1947. They raised three children, Carol, Dave & Arnold on the farm and then moved into Rose Valley where the youngest son Gerry was born. Lousia worked at the Rose Valley Union Hospital. She started in the Laundry room and then worked in the kitchen for 25 years as a cook. She loved gardening, sewing and knitting in her spare time. Louisa spent a few years at the Spirit Manor in Rose Valley then moved to Quill Plains Centenial Lodge in Watson. She passed away peacefully, with family by her side, on May 1, 2015 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by her parent, her husband Albert and her two brothers, Napolean (Poli) and Rudolph (Rudy). Louisa is survived by her four children; Carol (Wallace)of Fort McMurray, AB, Dave (Nyowa) of Calgary, AB, Arnold (Sherell) of Calgary, AB, Gerry of Saskatoon, SK; two sisters, Lydia Pressacco of Rose Valley, SK, and Florentina - Tina (Real)Boucher of Morrisburg, ON; Six grand children, Four Great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews as well as many extended family.
