Lucien was born on April 5, 1982 in Rose Valley, Saskatchewan to Janet Silverquill and Arthur Kahkintowaquat (Cachene). He is survived by: his mother Janet Silverquill, siblings-Moses (Marion) Silverquill, Florida (Roger) Pelly, Lucy Silverquill, Gabriel (Albertine) Silverquill, and Delores Silverquill. Lucien was the youngest in his family. He is also survived by his children- Nakota Silverquill (Robertson), Angel Frenchman, Mary Frenchman, McKenzie Head (Silverquill), Alexis Head (Silverquill), Ethan Kayseas, and Jovi Tony. Along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews ad extended family. He is predeceased by: his father Arthur Kahkintowaquat (Cachene), sisters-Victoria McNab (Netowaysin), Virginia Silverquill and Brother-Paul Silverquill. Grandparents-Mary Apooch, Alex Kishayinew, and Alice Taniskishayinew. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.
