Donations in memory of Jack may be made to the Wynyard Hospital Auxiliary. Jack Blyth was born on July 24, 1936 in the Foote District to Ronald and Myrtle Blyth. He farmed on the Blyth family farm most of his life, except for the one winter he worked in BC. He met the love of his life, Johanna in the Wynyard Hospital where he was a patient and she was his nurse. They married on June 15, 1968. They resided on the family farm 6 miles south of Dafoe, SK. where they raised their 4 daughters Tracy, Bridget, Jacqueline and Cathy. Jack loved to fish, travel with his family and do woodworking. As he got older he enjoyed watching tv and talking on the phone daily to all of his family and friends. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and loved visiting with everyone he met. Jack is survived by his daughters; Tracy (Mark) Madarash - Megan and Ella; Bridget (Gerry) Wedhorn - Dylan and Nathan; Jacqueline Blyth - Erin and Taylor; Cathy (Clint) McConnell - Cass; brother-in-law, Dale; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Jack was predeceased by his wife, Johanna; parents Ronald and Myrtle Blyth; brothers, Gordon (Florence); Bob and sisters Helen (Ivan); Doreen; in-laws, Patrick (Bridget) Reddin, Kit (Ned).
