As per Reg's wishes there will be no Funeral Service Everyone is welcome to a Come & Go Tea 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 20, 2016 Wynyard Civic Centre Wynyard, Saskatchewan Donations in Reg' memory may be made to the Saskatchewan Lung Association Reg was born in Fort William, Thunder Bay, Ont. on June 15, 1940 to Clifford and Ethel Gerrish. At the young age of 12 when his dad took ill, he began his CPR career copying train orders. He continued his career with the CPR as a mobile supervisor until his retirement in 1995 at the age of 55. Reg met Audrey Boyd in 1963 and married in 1964 in Dryden, Ont. During this time they were blessed with two children, Rob and Jo-Ann. Reg passed away on Aug. 15, 2016. Reg is survived by his loving wife Audrey of 52 years; son Rob (Shannynne); daughter Jo-Ann (Perry); adopted son Warren Lorenz; adopted daughter Colleen Bergquist. Grandchildren - Derek (Tamara), Brandon (Paige), Justine (Marty), Christopher, Faith, Alicia (Dave), Cally (Chad), Ciera (Ryan). Great granddaughters Kasey, Fjola, Kyra, and Alexis, sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws and many nieces and nephews. Reg was proud of his family and loved them very much. He also enjoyed spending time in his backyard watching and feeding his birds. We will miss his great wisdom, great humour, stubbornness, smart ass remarks and of course his unconditional love for his family and friends.
