In Loving Memory Of Rose Pearson

Rose was born in Phippen, Saskatchewan to Victor & May Robbins on May 5, 1924. The family moved to Marsden, Saskatchewan where she attended school. Later moving to Dafoe, Saskatchewan with her parents. In 1946 Rose married John Pearson, and they were blessed with two children, Edward & Valerie. In 1975 they welcomed their only grandchild Tanya Pearson.

John & Rose moved to Wynyard in 1975, where John was employed during the building of the new Uni-Feed Feedmill. Rose joined the St. Margaret’s ACW, was an active member in church activities, and enjoyed volunteering at Golden Acres. She enjoyed many hobbies: crotcheting, knitting, gardening, playing cards & BINGO. Rose loved to bake, doing so well into her late ninties.

At age 90 Rose moved to Westview Apartments in Wynyard, SK, where she enjoyed spending time with her new friends & neighbors. Rose loved a party, especially her birthdays. She celebrated her 100th birthday with a party at Westview. In August 2024 Rose moved to Golden Acres where she resided until her passing.

Left to mourn her passing are her: daughter Valerie (Barry) Kucey, and Edward’s daughter Tanya Pearson (Mat); her nieces Deborah Robbins and Lynda (Don) Copeland and nephew Scot (Deb) Robbins.

Rose was predeceased by her: parents Vic and May, husband John, son Edward and brothers Wilf Robbins & Ernie Robbins.

Rest in Peace Mom.
