Dear; Auntie Janice, Chris, Robyn, Sheryl and families. Our deepest condolences for your loss. My fond memories of Uncle Alan are numerous as a child and teenager but unfortunately fewer and farther between as an adult. I always held Uncle Alan in high regard as a kid because he showed interest in me and made me feel special. His great sense of humour and his ability to spin a yarn were not lost on me. I have memories of him in special places like the barn at the farm and the shop by your house. As a kid I found those places magical and Uncle Alan held the key to both. I remember marvelling at his calloused hands as a kid and thought it was so cool when he would let his hair and beard run wild in the winter. To me he was a strong masculine figure who could seemingly fix, drive, operate or build anything. At the same time he was a gentle, thoughtful, caring and giving man. I know he left his mark on all those around him and will be missed dearly.
Love,
Evan, Rychelle, Fisher and Arlen Tuck
