As I said to Evan and Eric, there are no words that can describe the surprise to the community for the loss of Garnet. Of course there will be a huge void in the family and around the yard, that goes without saying. There will also be a huge void in the community, the purebred business and the circle of great friends and neighbours that you have. There are no words that can make this better. We want to give you all, our most heartfelt condolences. I want to apologize for not being able to attend the service today. I know that there will be people from far and wide that will be there to support you all as a family and some individually as a friend. Garnet left an impression with people and you will have seen that, by the phone calls and messages since the news of his passing and I am sure there will be more for many weeks to come. Take care of each other and make sure that the grandkids hear all of the stories of how great their grandpa/ gido was. That is probably the most important thing that you can do for them.
