Dear Neil and Family, I am so saddened to hear of Kathy's passing. She truly was a wonderful woman. Although I haven't seen her or you in a very long time, I remember many family get-togethers and celebrations when we chatted and had so much fun. Kathy was a rarity - so kind, so helpful, so genuine; and I'm honored that I was able to get to know her and spend time with her. I will always remember her beautiful smile, her infectious laugh, and of course, her incredible singing voice. Sending you and your girls and the rest of your family much love and sympathy and hugs. Sincere condolences to the entire Syrota and Nakrayko families. As a former classmate of Kathy's, my favourite memories of Kathy will centre on her warmth, grace, sincerity and musical talent. Dear family of Kathy My heartfelt sympathy to you all! I worked with Kathy at Wadena Drugs many years ago! She was always such a delight to be around! Her incredible smile and soft laugh were always heartwarming and could brighten any day. Her incredible love for her family was always so obvious! My sincere sympathy to the Nakrayko and Syrota families. I have long term fond memories of the Nakrayko girls (Marilyn will understand), and particularly of their music. Kathy shone with a bright light and will be sorely missed by many, especially her family. She endured much in her battle against this awful disease and so deserves a peaceful rest. I went to school with Kathy and have thought of her often we finally connected again on Facebook a few years back and I have followed her struggle with her illness. My heart sank when I found out yesterday of her passing. She is such a beautiful person inside and out and will truly be missed by many. Mallory Nicole Neil and your families. Kathy "Katie" as I called her and she would smile. She was an amazing lady that will be missed by everyone that had the pleasure of meeting her.
