There are so many wonderful stories about Aunt Jean. She always seemed to know what young girls wanted. One summer, Loretta and I stayed with her and Uncle Tom. She let us go out and clean out the "little cabin" behind the house to sleep in. She seemed to know and understand that teenage girls wanted privacy. I always had so much fun visiting her. Aunt Jean always wrote Christmas letters with her Christmas cards. I always looked forward to getting them. She was always up-to-date on what different family members were doing and shared the stories in her letters. Aunt Jean, you will be missed.
